Scattered across the surface of the water, the Province of Luao is known to be one of the most culturally rich provinces in Paradise. It also so happens to be one of the wealthiest, their leader priding themself in keeping their residents completely carefree and relaxed. Luao is the basis for all things seafood and sea-life, its citizens living in novelty - seaweed-based residents incased in mud just because they can - and there isn’t much argument stating its one of the most beautiful places to be at night.
Most of the lands in Luao is completely untouched by Indrett’s and is developed independently by the different sealife and creatures that scuddle by. Despite being a very important location for porting and trade, most of Luao’s deep-sea locale is considered dangerous by every day go-ers. There’s large bodies that live in the water, some completely comprehended and unseen by Indrett’s themselves and are chalked up as rumors.
